Terms of Purchase
Waples Marketing Group Pty. Ltd. herein referred to as “Waples Marketing Group”, is not responsible for any items supplied where the purchaser has used any form of deception (such as, but not limited to, using a credit card registered to another person).
You agree to Waples Marketing Group's use of cookies in enabling the operation of the site.
By entering this agreement you give your express approval for Waples Marketing Group to obtain information required to complete your order and purchase in accordance with our Terms and Conditions Statement.
You agree to the cost, indicated as the "Total" figure, in Waples Marketing Group as is posted at the checkout facility in the "Shopping Cart".
An offer is constituted, on the terms outlined in this statement, on the basis of your selection of item/s in the "shopping cart" facility and the indicated total purchase price. Your acceptance will be indicated by you clicking on the "" button. By clicking the "Continue to ..." you indicate your intention to accept these terms and conditions.
You will be required to complete the transaction by authorising Waples Marketing Group, through a credit card payment service to debit your account according to the stipulated price in the "Shopping Cart" facility.
Any taxes that apply to this transaction are those that would apply to the transaction as if it were conducted in the State of New South Wales, Australia.
Replacements are provided at the discretion of Waples Marketing Group's management and in accordance with the stipulated 'Refund Policy'. Such replacements will only be provided with recognised proof of purchase.
Liability for orders shipped from Waples Marketing Group lies with the customer after the goods leave Waples Marketing Group premises. Waples Marketing Group cannot be liable for damage or non-delivery of items after they are despatched.
Customers requiring confirmation that an item is in stock must contact Waples Marketing Group prior to ordering.
You agree to assume the full risk of contracting with Waples Marketing Group over the Internet and indemnify Waples Marketing Group for any and all losses you incur.
Waples Marketing Group accepts no liability whatsoever for any actions by third parties that interfere with this transaction.
You acknowledge that technical difficulties may interfere with the operation of this transaction and assume this risk in accepting this offer.
If by reason of any fact or circumstance, matter or thing beyond the reasonable control of Waples Marketing Group or you as the purchaser, either is unable to perform in whole or in part any obligation under this agreement that party is relieved of that obligation under this agreement to the extent and for the period that it is so unable to perform and is not liable to the other party to this agreement in respect of such inability.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal, invalid, void or voidable, the validity of the remainder of the terms and conditions will not be affected and will continue to be in force and have effect.
Refund Policy
You may return technically faulty items sold and fulfilled by BlokesBabiesBreastfeeding.com within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items are to be returned to the following address via the same delivery method that was used to ship the DVD to you:

You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to ship a replacement DVD (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.
No Refunds
No Refunds will be issued for the following items:
Any item that has obvious signs of use.
Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Defective Orders Returned and Received by Waples Marketing Group Pty. Ltd. After 30 Days
Defective orders that were returned and received by Waples Marketing Group Pty. Ltd. herein referred to as “Waples Marketing Group” more than 30 days after initially leaving the premises of Waples Marketing Group, will not be eligible for replacement. If any item is returned after 30 days, you will be notified of the time limit and return shipping costs will be charged to your credit card.
Non-Defective Items Returned
If any item returned is not faulty, you will be notified of your error and return shipping costs will be charged to your credit card. Waples Marketing Group Pty. Ltd. will not be liable for the shipping of any non-defective items.
